BBM Rolls Out Beta Sites For Public Use
Posted: 15Mar2006
As of 8am PST, we have launched the beta versions of all active BBM network channels. These sites are open for public signup and use with basic functions enabled.
We will be rolling out new features and functions across the network over the next few weeks, so keep your eye on this blog for updates. We will also be making announcements about new features to enhance the user experience.
Please remember that these sites are currently BETA versions. Some things may be wonky. If you encounter any site-breaking errors, please use our contact form to inform us of the error. Make sure to include the site that you found the error on and, if possible, the URL of the error.
Remember, the more feedback we get, the better we can make our sites and your experience!
BestBlogsMedia (BBM) Begins Rollout & Testing
Posted: 15Feb2006
We are currently in our final development phase, rolling out the network of blogsites.

During this period, which includes various testing, the sites are all password protected.
However, on a limited basis, we are providing login instructions to select members of the media and potential network contributors. This “pre-launch preview” is only intended to provide a glimpse of what the BBM network will offer. User registrations will not be accepted at this time.
Official (beta) launch is scheduled for March 15, 2006.
The Blogosphere Is GROWING…
Posted: 11Feb2006
According to a recent report by Technorati, the blogosphere is over 60 times bigger than it was only 3 years ago. And growing fast.
New blog creation continues to grow. We currently track over 75,000 new weblogs created every day, which means that on average, a new weblog is created every second of every day - and 13.7 million bloggers are still posting 3 months after their blogs are created. In other words, even though there’s a reasonable amount of tire-kicking going on, blogging is growing as a habitual activity.
With that many blogs flung far and wide, how is anyone going to get noticed?
That’s where we come in…
